In recent years many urologists and specialists in the field have tried to identify criteria for classifying erectile dysfunction. The attempt to identify pathogenic mechanisms rather than recurring clinical features would arise from the need to standardize diagnosis and treatment methods in order to obtain more therapeutic response.
Thus, erectile dysfunction can be classified into:
- Organic erectile dysfunction, associated with physical and organic factors such as diabetes, vasculopathy, neuropathy and endocrinological disorders;

Thanks to the tremendous efforts made over the years, it is now possible to count on different therapeutic options, both pharmacologically and not, that can modify the clinical course of this condition and its complications. For these reasons, it has become critical today to timely and clinically disrupt the disorder, so that the most indicative therapeutic strategy is implemented in such cases.
Phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors have revolutionized the therapeutic scenario of erectile dysfunction, offering particularly effective and relatively safe drug remedies. These active ingredients are today the first choice therapy in the treatment of erectile dysfunction. The enormous therapeutic success is justified by the end mechanism of action, which inhibits the activity of enzymes, namely phosphodiesterase type 5, involved in the degradation of cyclic GMP. This molecule is the key element that can transform biochemical and neuroendocrine signals into cellular events, and in particular in the release of smooth muscle of intracavernose vessels. All this results in the consequent vasodilatation, increased intracavernage vascular flow and hence in erection. These potentials, coupled with excellent tolerability, would allow citrulline to fully recapture natural remedies for the treatment or management of erectile dysfunction.
Effective citrulline doses in the management of erectile dysfunction. The range of citrulline doses currently used in nutrition and supplements ranges from 1 to 3 g daily. However, the effective and most effective dose of erectile dysfunction management is one gram per day and half a day. In both published clinical trials, efficacy would seem to be completed for supplemental interventions lasting at least 10 weeks.

Someone finally thought that they will increase the pleasure. While the plants are all different, what is common to these responses is the search for extra pleasure. The ideal plan for its aphrodisiac power would thus be the one that can favor the cycle love, desire, seduction, and pleasure.
